The company TRIFORCE P.W.C, as the operator of the website www.2plus2tours.com, with Business Registration Number (GEMI): 1671188209000 and Tax ID: 801965530, based in Piraeus (8 Ippodameias St.), is responsible for organizing the three-day event at a hotel resort in Crete, which is exclusively for adult couples.

Room Reservation with Full Buffet Meals (Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner):
The reservation requires full prepayment of the accommodation cost in a double room, as this payment confirms your participation in the event.

Booking Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation by the Customer:
The customer may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking without any charge. The cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or another agreed method.

Cancellation Deadline:

In case of cancellation after the aforementioned deadline, the company reserves the right to withhold the paid amount.

Cancellation by the Company:

If the company needs to cancel the event due to force majeure or other serious reasons, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the accommodation.

Special Participation Conditions:
The event is strictly for adults (18+), and participants are required to adhere to the rules and guidelines provided upon their arrival.

Exclusions:
The company is not responsible for refunds concerning transportation costs (airfare, port fees) or other expenses outside the accommodation.

Privacy Policy:
All personal information collected during the booking process is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's consent unless required by law.

Liability and Safety:
The company is not liable for any personal damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the event. Participants are responsible for their own personal safety.

Acceptance of Terms:
Completing the reservation indicates that the customer accepts the cancellation terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for informing their partner(s) of these terms.

Participants' Obligations:
Participants are required to maintain appropriate behavior throughout the event. Any antisocial behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
